   By accessing or using RKN Al Wejdan’s services, including the website, apps, or platforms, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
   We provide technology solutions including mobile/web applications, SaaS platforms, APIs, cloud solutions, and customized software.
3. User Registration and Eligibility
   Users may be required to register. You agree to provide accurate info, secure your login credentials, and are responsible for all activities under your account.
4. License and Usage
   We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the services. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or exploit the software unlawfully.
5. Subscription Fees & Payments
   Payments are handled via Network, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically unless cancelled beforehand. Refunds are issued only in case of technical failures verified by our team.
6. Data Privacy & Security
   We use SSL encryption, secure cloud hosting, and follow UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 on data protection. We do not store full payment data.
7. Content Ownership
   You retain ownership of uploaded content. We use it only to provide and improve the service.
8. Service Availability & Support
   We aim for 99.9% uptime. Support is available via email and live chat during working hours.
9. Updates and Modifications
   We may update or modify the service with or without notice.
10. Intellectual Property
    All content, software, and designs are owned by or licensed to RKN Al Wejdan. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Third-Party Services
    We may integrate third-party tools. Their use is subject to their own terms. We are not liable for third-party services.
12. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, fees are unpaid, or usage is abusive or fraudulent.
13. Limitation of Liability
    We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by UAE law.
14. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold RKN Al Wjdan harmless against any claims from your misuse of the services.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These terms are governed by UAE law. Any disputes shall be settled in UAE courts.
16. Changes to Terms
    We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
